By registering for an account, accessing Amalsha Wanniarachchi’s A/L Physics classes, or utilizing our 24/7 Cloud LMS, you consent to the data collection and security practices outlined in this policy.

We collect personal and academic information necessary to provide top-tier G.C.E. Advanced Level Physics tutoring, speed exams, physical class attendance, and LMS access:

• Identity & Contact Details: Full name, student identification number (e.g., EP-2025-001), email address, mobile phone number, WhatsApp contact, and postal address for tutorial delivery.
• Academic Profile: G.C.E. A/L examination year (2025, 2026, 2027), school name, stream (Physical Science), and class medium (Sinhala / English).
• Parent/Guardian Information: Parent name, contact number for attendance SMS alerts, and emergency contact details.
• LMS Interaction & Exam Telemetry: Video watch time, live lecture attendance timestamps, speed MCQ exam answers, scores, and homework submission files.
• Device & Security Telemetry: IP address, device model, operating system, and unique browser fingerprints to ensure single-device streaming compliance.

Collected data is strictly used for legitimate educational and administrative purposes:

• Generating unique student portal access keys and Victory Embilipitiya physical barcode/QR class passes.
• Tracking academic progress, grading speed MCQ papers, and publishing real-time island rank leaderboards.
• Sending SMS and WhatsApp notifications regarding class schedules, theory notes dispatch, and fee confirmations.
• Delivering personalized lecture recommendations and homework feedback from Amalsha Wanniarachchi.

All lecture recordings, theory discussions, and speed paper explanation videos conducted by Amalsha Wanniarachchi are proprietary intellectual property.

Tuition fee payments (monthly batch cards, speed paper packs, and revision admissions) processed through our online gateway are handled via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

• EduPeak does not store credit or debit card numbers on local institute servers.
• Physical fee payments at Victory Embilipitiya are instantly logged with automated digital SMS receipts issued to the registered guardian.

We will never sell, trade, or rent student personal data to third parties or advertising brokers. We only share necessary operational data with trusted infrastructure partners:

• Cloud Storage & Database: Supabase and AWS secure cloud infrastructure for database persistence.
• SMS Delivery Gateways: Licensed Sri Lankan telecom gateways for sending class attendance alerts to parents.
• Postal Delivery Services: Registered postal and courier services for physical Physics printed tutes and speed paper booklets.

We adhere to strict data security standards in compliance with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (No. 9 of 2022):

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our LMS is encrypted in transit.
• Role-Based Access Control: Only authorized Victory Embilipitiya administrative staff and faculty have access to student records.
• Data Retention: Academic records and exam marks are retained until the completion of your respective A/L examination cycle.

Students and registered guardians have the following rights regarding their personal data:

• Request a copy of all stored personal and academic exam progress records.
• Update or rectify incorrect contact, school, or residential delivery addresses via the Student Portal.
• Request permanent deletion of account data upon completion of the G.C.E. A/L exam cycle.
